Neighborhood Watch

If you witness suspicious activity, please call 911 and report it immediately.

Use the Report Suspicious Activity form to notify the Neighborhood Watch.

The Heritage at Deer Creek Neighborhood Watch was created to help serve our community in the following areas:

  • Crime prevention and reporting.
  • Knowing our neighbors; who belongs on the property and who does not
  • Emergency preparedness:
    • Which neighbors need assistance exiting the building?
    • Which neighbors have children or pets which may need assistance?
    • How do I shutoff gas or water in case of an emergency?

The safety aspect of a Neighborhood Watch is about building a network of concerned, involved citizens who are partnering with the Sheriff’s Office to keep peace in Snohomish County. Unfortunately, deputies can’t be everywhere at once. Therefore, they need us to assist in being their eyes and ears, and to report crime when we see it, get to know our neighbors, and do everything we can to take away the opportunity for crime to occur in our neighborhood.

The Heritage Neighborhood Watch team is tracking criminal activity on our property and we need your help. If you call 911 to report a crime, suspicious activity or a trespass, please let us know. Your Watch Captains are KrisAnne Warren (F304) and Joe Williams (D304).

Trespass

We have successfully worked with our surrounding neighbors and property owners to help stop trespassers and their illegal and often dangerous activities. No Trespass Authorization forms are on file with the Sheriff’s Department which allows anyone to call and report trespassers.

If you see what appears to be trespass activity, please call 911 to report it, advising the dispatcher that a No Trespass Authorization is on file. Please advise the Neighborhood Watch team as well.
